This weekend, I went back to my hometown of Rawdon, Quebec. It was so nostalgic to be here after so long. Stepping foot in my old bedroom felt strange, yet incredible. Seeing my mother and father after months of not seeing them was a pleasant experience. I truly hope to visit more often.

During my stay, my mother and I went hiking in the snow at Parc Chutes Dorwin. It was an amazing hike, and I managed to snap some stunning photos.

As I left Rawdon and made my way back to Montreal, I couldn’t help but feel gratitude for the time I spent there. It’s easy to get caught up in school or work, but coming back here reminds me of my roots.

Until next time, Rawdon.
